Happy Friday friends! As I was taking the trash ou Happy Friday friends! As I was taking the trash out to the curb last night, I noticed these charming little blooms on my tête-à-tête daffodils. They are always the first to bloom in my yard, and I actually let out a squeal when I saw them. The foliage is a little frost-bitten and fried on the ends, but what an absolute joy to see spring flowers in my yard after the winter weather we’ve endured. 🌼

I don’t know about you, but I can sure relate to feeling a little fried on the ends myself. 🥴😂 But I’m going to take a cue from my garden and go ahead and bloom anyway. Who’s with me! 🙌🏼

More spring bulb goodness from @traderjoes. Betwee More spring bulb goodness from @traderjoes. Between the color and the lovely scent, these hyacinths are sure brightening up my kitchen window. 💜

Also, it feels like it’s been a hot minute since I had my macro lens out taking photos of flowers. I’m always surprised at how easy it is to get OUT of the habit of something. Especially when getting INTO the habit is so much more challenging. 🙄😂
Because of the “Big Arctic Blast” my daffodils Because of the “Big Arctic Blast” my daffodils are a solid two weeks behind where they were last year. Thanks to @traderjoes I get to enjoy these sunny colored blooms a little earlier. 🌞🌼💛☺️
