Hello friends! Happy Friday! How are you? I’m slowing getting back into the swing of things post-holiday and I thought I would share with you some of the ‘exciting’ things going on around here.
Around here, I repotted my pitiful, neglected succulents into one big planter. I’m hoping it likes its spot on the back of the piano facing the sun.
Around here, impromptu visits from my girl are something that I could totally get used to. I’m sure that will change once she starts her new job in a couple of weeks, but for now getting to see her cute face at my dinner table is just about the most awesome thing ever.
Around here, I am reminded of the challenges of daily photography in these winter months. But even though these shots of my dark house aren’t my favorite, they do tell the story of this time of year. And I’m totally ok with that.
Around here, IT SNOWED!! Well…sorta. In the words of my husband, ‘that’s not snow…that a nuisance!” But I don’t even care. Something about having a little snow makes this bitterly cold weather a little more bearable.
At any rate, that’s about all there is to report from my neck of the woods. I hope all is well with you. I hope you are staying warm and cozy.
