perhaps you remember this post?
well in the two years since i wrote it, nothing has really changedā¦i still donāt love tomatoes.Ā but i still keep growing them.
this year i am growing these cute little grape tomatoes.Ā about every other day i go and pick a dozen or so.Ā yesterday i was happy to have my mom and stop by so that i could send some home with her.
she stood there in my kitchen eating them, one after another, with a little sprinkle of salt.Ā because my mom loves tomatoes.Ā which is a good thing.Ā because iām also growing these bad boys.
i have affectionately dubbed this one as āmomās tomatoā.Ā and itās huge!Ā iām not kidding, i bet it as big as couple of softballs and probably weighs a good three pounds.Ā
everyday i got outside to see if itās getting ripe.Ā mom can hardly wait.Ā good thing sheās crazy about tomatoes.
peace, kelly
Ha! You and my husband: no tomatoes, please. But I love them! It looks like you’re a dab hand at growing them, though. xo
Yes it’s my tomato!!!!!. Nearly like waiting for a bird’s eggs to hatch, or a baby to be born! (not really). but I can hardly wait sis. š
Well, I wish you lived next to me and would grow tomatoes for me! These look delicious!
Lovely photos……how can you not be tempted by them! š Not even with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil?
