I can see clearly now

One of the things I love about my old house is all the French doors.  They let in tons of natural light and allow unobstructed views of the backyard.  Especially when they are clean. 

Which is rare.

Because of this.

The lower 24 inches of every door to the backyard has dog nose and/or paw prints.

I sometimes call it the snot line.  It’s so gross.

But Saturday it was 76 degrees!  So even a mundane chore like window washing seemed appealing.   So I grabbed one of my plethora of squeegees, cranked up the radio to BOB FM, and thoroughly enjoyed my time spent outside in the sunshine.

Ahhhhh.  So nice to have clean windows. 

For at least a little while anyway.
