Holiday Detox

As I dragged my sluggish butt out of bed and buttoned my ‘about-5-pounds-too-tight’ pants, I knew it was time to say farewell to this

and this

and of course these

and for the love of all that is good and holy I had to get rid of this

seriously..there needs to be a warning label on this stuff.  I am completely addicted to peppermint bark. 

And I guess I shouldn’t forget about this.

Maybe I’ll just cut back….baby steps, you know.
