The Benefits of Boredom

When is the last time you were bored?  No…really.  I mean it.  Because if your life looks anything like mine, there is seldom the opportunity for boredom.

In a culture that prides itself on productivity and flaunts busy-ness like a badge of honor, it’s almost like boredom has become a dirty word.  But recently, while on vacation, my family got a front-row seat to it.

Like most things, it’s all in how you see it…I believe that there are some benefits to being bored and I am sharing them today at Focusing on Life if you would like to join me over there.
