This month our our assignment was to either share something weād like to celebrate or share something weāve been battling.Ā I guess this month Iām doing a bit of bothā¦I went a few rounds with my inner-critic and I came out the winner.Ā You can read more about it here, but suffice it to say that I am finally learning to believe in myself.Ā And itās been completely liberating.
Looking forward to testing out my new wings.

You have no idea how much I needed this today!! God IS GOOD and time for me to give it all to him. š Love you!
Oh cute doily/layers, free to fly indeed. Letting go is such a relief, there is a lovely quote a friend sent me which goes something like, “When you are at the end of your rope that is when you are closest to God – because there is less of you.” š
I love the page you’ve created! I’m behind with my OLW project! I need to catch up with Aug. and Sept! The writing part has been hard for me! I’m more of a doer not a thinker!! It seems to me the battle for self-confidence is an ongoing thing. You seem to be overcoming it very well, you’re definitely winning the battle!
Loved your post. I LOVE your handwriting. You need to create a font from it. š I also love your card. The doily and washi are perfect. Great job on the assignment and your progress. š
Thanks for sharing such honest thoughts. I’m another who really likes your hand writing.
It’s so hard to believe in ourselves sometimes but that can make all the difference. So happy you won your battle with your self-confidence. Your page is beautiful.
I just love visiting your blog each month. Your OLW work is just gorgeous, and I always resonate with what you share. I read the post right above it, too, and it brings me such comfort. I’m in the first year of my oldest being gone and it’s hard to imagine that the ache will wane. Thank you so much for sharing.
My inner critic sounds a lot like Emily Gilmore (Gilmore Girls) and sometimes I just have to slap her silly to get her to shut up. Kudos to you for putting your inner critic in his place.
