Please keep us posted how your strawberries do. I’ve tried strawberries for several years and never gotten more than one bowl of berries… (that or my goldendoodle is eating them all early and I’m not even seeing them.)
I LOVED following your doves with you! I find myself looking for baby birds everywhere now. Would love to witness that in real life.
    Thanks for sharing!

    Sincerely,
    Tina J.

Love the biscuit making photo. And you already have a strawberry at an early stage of your jam. Beautiful.

hmmm … eating them may be a simple pleasure but preparing them is not … I know. I’ve tried. We have a section in our historic district called ‘Beaten Biscuit Row’ because the four houses there were renowned for their beaten biscuits in the 1800’s.

I haven’t made biscuits in a long time. Yours makes me want to pull out the biscuit cutter! I hope your strawberries do well!

We use to have a local strawberry patch right down the road, and I loved picking the strawberries and making the jam. It never lasted long since my boys loved it on everything. I’ve never tried growing them, but sounds like a fun adventure. 🙂
