Once again, this year I am participating in the Ali Edwards Week in the Life™ project. An opportunity for me to really connect with my life. To pay attention and, with a grateful heart, notice all of the gifts and blessings of my life.
This was Monday.
It was a pretty typical Monday with lots of catching up on work. There was also lots of adulting fun like renewing my car tags (thankfully online!) and scheduling car service. A million trips up and down the stairs (made so much more pleasant by the scent of the peonies on my entryway table). But there was also an evening walk with Daisy and some beautiful light on my roses.
Not pictured: Phone calls with my dad, my girl, and my husband.
One of the things that struck me when putting this gallery together is how quiet Monday was. I spent the day alone at home, which I suppose to some might seem like their own personal hell. But for this introvert, the truth is that I actually didn’t mind it all.
I went to bed tired, but grateful.
Thank you Monday.
Love this peek into your “quiet Monday”. Thanks for sharing!
thank you so much bryonna!
