well my friendsā¦here it comes.
so naturally i went to the store today.Ā as did half of midtown tulsa by the looks of the milk case.
but all is well that ends well. i managed to make it home with the essentialsā¦.you know bread, milk, eggsā¦
but i have a confessionā¦i am secretly looking forward to the snow.Ā as long as itās snow and not this.
either way though, iāve got a warm home and plenty of chocolate to last a day or two.Ā hoping you have everything you need too.Ā
love, kelly
I would say you have the most important thing…chocolate! š Stay warm, and I sure hope it’s snow and not ice! I’m just hoping for some frost at some point, haha, you know for a photo op.
I did the same thing today. We’ve been predicted to get ice and I sure dread it coming! Keep safe and warm!
Stay warm my friend! š
I had hoped not to have to go to the store, but knew if I didn’t do it then I would have to do it later and then it turns into half a dozen or six. Thankfully all I needed I could get through the self-checkout. Not that they didn’t have plenty of lanes open, but they were all so full. And the girls working looked so tired. And here we are with nothing yet but closed schools and empty shelves at the store. LOL
Yes and you always send this stuff my way when you’re through with it! Actually right now they’re forecasting rain for today {they got that right}, rain for tomorrow and 1-2″ of snow overnight Friday. The only mention of ice was that if we do get it, it should not be much as the front is moving quickly. So, let’s just all stay warm, keep the fireplaces busy, and drink a lot of tea and hot chocolate! {And a hex on power outages.}
Keep us posted! I’ve been a blog reader but not commenter so much this last while. I’m back to say keep cozy and peace and love out to you.
even as i write this, sleet is tap, tap, tapping itself against my window. hope you made it through okay today, kelly.
Hersey kisses are indeed an essential! What great shots!
