Hello my friends! Happy New Year!
And yes, I know that I’m about a week and half late in my New Year greeting, but that’s pretty much been the case with just about everything else in my life lately, so I’m just going to go with it.
At any rate, all is well. Especially after having three blissfully quiet days at home to catch up. The Christmas decorations are put away, the house is back in order, and I was finally able to sweep up the metric ton of fake garland needles out of my living room rug. So that means I am finally starting to feel all the warm and fuzzy New Year sentiments like Fresh Start! New Beginnings! Clean Slate!
Looking forward to 2018, I have some ideas and plans that I’ll share more with you later. But for today, I just wanted to touch base and say Hi! And also, I wanted to remind you that if you’re not feeling all the feels for the New Year, it’s totally OK. That’s just how life is sometimes. But the good news is that every day of the year can be a new day.
