- the junk pile by the phone keeps growing
- i have two baskets full of unfolded laundry
- my cuticles are gross
- my dog has an ear infection
- i have weeds in my garden
repeat after me…..
thanks for the reminder annette.
happy tuesday my friends. Â love, kelly

Kelly, your image is perfect, not imperfect, just perfect. 🙂 But I have the same cuticles. :0
Love! The picture, the quote and the list!
Love the tulip photo. My nails would be gross too if I hadn’t had a manicure last night (for the first time in months). I give them until around 3 today. Maybe sooner if I decide to do some painting.
Yes, indeed. There will always be weeds and ragged cuticles and infections and dust bunnies and all kinds of things of that nature. In the midst of it, beauty. Right in front of us. And you show it so well here time and time again in this blog. I like you tons regardless of your laundry or lawn or cuticle status. Big blessings to you, dear woman.
Love your tulip, and drooping petals…love the quote. I LOVE your dogwood tree tutorial – such lovely processing, and I learned several new ways in LR to tweak the background color! Have a wonderful week!
Ever so perfect.
Well, I can check most of those things on your list, except for the dogs ear infection….and rather than unfolded laundry, mine is just waiting to be washed. Love your photo and quote, so beautiful (and perfect).
Yup. I have those same items on my ‘imperfect list’ … and a lot more! But your photo is perfect for the theme and so lovely. Chasing the perfect takes the joy out of life.
Your flower is so pretty. Not sure I’ve seen one with the red and white before…usually have the blue white. Love the quote also. Very nice. Hope you have a great week. 🙂
So true! And those flower petals…just beautiful!
Love your post! Lovely image too – i love the matte feel and your texture work.
oh! so pretty and oh, so true!
Life’s not perfect, but your flower certainly is! Gorgeous!
Great list. Sounds like normal life. Beautiful photo.
There is beauty in imperfection. What a lovely bloom.
I can relate to some of your list.
