looking at the calendar, i guess you could say we are smack-dab, right in the middle of winter. so i suppose it makes sense that it should be cold….
but i doesn’t mean that i have to like it.
i am going to try very hard not to complain though, because really…what good does it do? so this blog post is me not complaining.
this is me not complaining that we haven’t seen the sunshine in a week and that the forecast for the next doesn’t look much better.
this is me not complaining about the treadmill {or as my good friend laura says…the dreadmill}.
this is me not complaining about the fact that it snowed today. again.
sigh…..
so instead of complaining, i am going to be grateful for my warm home. my sweet red tea kettle (#thankssanta) and hot tea.
this is me taking matters into my hands. making my own sunshine and bringing a little color into my life via grocery store tulips.
wishing you all warm and happy thoughts my friends. xoxoxo
love, kelly

Your calligraphy is lovely. Makes me not want to complain about our weather. It is trying to snow and bitter cold.

I am danged proud of you for not complaining. Is that a lovely pond I see in that shot? Do fish live in there?

a friend of mine (actually, cathy sly) sent me a time lapse video of a sunrise in the bahamas that her son made. i’ve watched it five times already this afternoon.
but i’m not complaining! ; )

It looks like you’re making the best of things! I love your sentence writing! I remember having to do that a couple of times!

You have taken ‘not complaining’ to a new level! Stay warm … and enjoy that tea!

Well done! I am trying not to complain myself. It’s hard.
